Iraqi Minister of Defense Juma Inad Saadoun arrived in Bulgaria to attend the Security and Defense Exhibition for 2022. In response to the invitation he received from his Bulgarian counterpart Dragomir Zakov to attend Hemus 2022 Security and Defense Exhibition. This exhibition was opened under the auspices of the President of the Republic of Bulgaria, Rumen Radev.
As part of the minister’s visit, Iraq’s ambassador to Sofia, Lina Jalal Omar, noted that the minister will meet with officials in Bulgaria in order to discuss issues of common interest between the two countries. The 15th edition of the International Defence Equipment and Services Exhibition HEMUS will continue till June 4.
